Shipping Policy

Soroci offers free U.S. standard shipping on orders $50+ (excluding taxes and after promotional discounts applied.). U.S. Shipping for orders under $50 has a flat rate shipping cost of $6.99 USD.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to process your order as fast as we can. That means there’s little time to make adjustments or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@sorociusa.com within 12 hours of placing your order with the order number and the subject line as "Cancellation".

International Shipping Policy

Shipping to other international destinations is unavailable at this time. Please email us at info@sorociusa.com for any other international shipping inquiries.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of purchase date. Returned products must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. Please email info@sorociusa.com with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without a return authorization). All Sale items & Special offers are final sale.

Once your return is processed, credit will be issued to original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Soroci is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns.  It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the returns.

Damaged Products

For damaged or defected items, please send us an image and email us at info@sorociusa.com for a replacement or refund.

Standard shipment takes 3-9 business days. Please be advised that during holidays and promotions, we may encounter slight delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more for all US orders!

Can I cancel my Order?

We recommend notifying us as early as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, please send us an email at info@sorociusa.com with your full name and order number with the subject title [Order Cancellation Request].
What is your return policy?

We will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 business days from their delivery date. Please email us at info@sorociusa.com for further assistance. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Any additional shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless otherwise stated.
can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
do you ship internationally?

As of now, we only ship within the US and Korea (www.soroci.com). If you have any shipment inquiries to your country, please email us at info@sorociusa.com.
