Soroci offers free U.S. standard shipping on orders $50+ (excluding taxes and after promotional discounts applied.). U.S. Shipping for orders under $50 has a flat rate shipping cost of $6.99 USD.

Can I cancel my order?
We try to process your order as fast as we can. That means there’s little time to make adjustments or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of placing your order with the order number and the subject line as "Cancellation".
International Shipping Policy
Shipping to other international destinations is unavailable at this time. Please email us at email@example.com for any other international shipping inquiries.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of purchase date. Returned products must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without a return authorization). All Sale items & Special offers are final sale.
Once your return is processed, credit will be issued to original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Soroci is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the returns.

Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Any additional shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless otherwise stated.
