how long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipment takes 3-9 business days. Please be advised that during holidays and promotions, we may encounter slight delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more for all US orders!
Can I cancel my Order?
We recommend notifying us as early as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, please send us an email at info@sorociusa.com with your full name and order number with the subject title [Order Cancellation Request].
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 business days from their delivery date. Please email us at info@sorociusa.com for further assistance. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Any additional shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless otherwise stated.
can I exchange my product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
do you ship internationally?
As of now, we only ship within the US and Korea (www.soroci.com). If you have any shipment inquiries to your country, please email us at info@sorociusa.com.
