Yes. However, some of our products are chemical exfoliators. Although a small percentage is considered safe, we would recommend you to consult with their healthcare provider to get safety information if you are unsure.
All of our products are formulated in-house in South Korea.
Please send us a picture of your shipment and order number and we will send a new replacement right away!

Return & Cancellation
We recommend notifying us as early as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number with the subject title [Order Cancellation Request].
We will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 business days from their delivery date. Please email us at email@example.com for further assistance. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Any additional shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless otherwise stated.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
